Dicom Patient CD Producer

MEDIA is a plugin of SigmaDicomStore used for the production of patient CD / DVD with images and reports through disc publishing system capable to burn and print media. This plugin is available in three different versions (Medial, Media and MediaXP) to cover the needs of small, medium and large structures. All versions of software manage at same time two cd/dvd burners when available and keep trace of all recorded media.

All versions include, on each media, a DICOM viewer (σViewer) with:
- selectable display mode
- automatic display of reference lines.

The images on the media are visible on any Windows or Linux PC or Mac (via “Wine”)
- Data recorded conform to Part 10 of the DICOM Protocol
- Stored on CD/DVD without compression.

The application manages a variety of CD/DVD robots:
- Primera (including SE model), Rimage, XLNT Idea and Epson.

Benchmark:

- 200 seconds to burn & print a dvd with 1016 ct images (512MB) with data on local archive

- 320 seconds (60 Sec. to receive on 100 Mbps network, 60 Sec. of delay)  to burn & print same study whit data not present on local archive.
